Rehabbing is a great way to get bargain properties in great areas, fix 'em up and sell them at full market value. A word of caution though, you have to know what you are doing. Is your contractor ready to go ?( you weren't thinking of doing the work yourself were you ? ), how do you use other investors money, and never risk your own money or credit ?. I can be a minefield, but all it needs is a little knowledge, and you will walk all over your competition !
